About

Welcome to my portfolio. Let me tell you a little about myself!

As a proud Midwest native, born and raised in Wisconsin, my early love for the outdoors and sports coexisted with an undeniable creative passion. To merge these two love stories, I enrolled in the Apparel Design and Development Program at the University of Wisconsin–Stout.

Post-graduation, I embarked on my professional journey as a Technical Designer at Christopher & Banks in Minneapolis, where I refined my technical prowess and pattern-making skills. Driven by a desire to align my career with my true passions, I transitioned to Product Design and Development at Trek Bicycles in Madison, WI. At Trek, I developed the required skills and intricacies of designing with movement and functionality in mind.

Eager for new challenges and a change of scenery, I moved to Baltimore to join Under Armour. Initially starting as a Technical Designer, I was quickly promoted to the Design team, where I cultivated my creative career. Crafting a path that blends my design aesthetic with function, I oversaw all aspects of Women’s Outerwear and Hunt Fish for the brand.

Seeking to expand my bounds further, I transitioned from Under Armour and took on the inception of an apparel line at Diamondback. As Head of Apparel, I launched a new workwear category for the high-end toolbelt company from inception to delivery. The immediate success in establishing an effective design process led to my promotion to oversee the entire product team. We then successfully undertook the formidable task of transitioning our manufacturing process overseas.

Beyond the design studio, my active lifestyle remains a central focus. Whether instructing pilates, navigating cycling routes, or immersing myself in scenic hikes and runs, my commitment to fitness remains at the forefront of my daily pursuits. As a fitness instructor, I derive immense joy from imparting my passions to others and motivating them to succeed at their goals while surpassing their minds’ limits personally and professionally.
